Privacy Policy

The short version: this website does not watch you, and the software it describes was never designed to. There is no MyAssistant cloud service that holds your data, because the whole point is that there isn’t one.

1. Who we are

This website (myassistant.mukoti.com) is operated by Samuel Mukoti (“we”, “us”). It exists to describe and distribute the MyAssistant software, which you run on your own hardware.

2. What the software does with your data

MyAssistant is self-hosted software. It has no account system and no telemetry service operated by us. In normal use:

  • Your voice is transcribed on your device and does not leave it.
  • Your memories (notes, conversations, instructions) are plain Markdown files in folders on machines you own.
  • Your model traffic goes wherever you point the harness — a model on your own hardware, or a third-party provider whose account and terms are between you and that provider.
  • Nothing is sent to us in the course of using the software. We cannot read your notes, hear your voice, or see your conversations, and we do not want to.

3. What this website collects

This is a static website. It sets no cookies and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your browser’s IP address as part of any ordinary web request.

Like all sites behind Cloudflare, our hosting provider processes basic security metadata for requests to this domain — typically IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, and timestamp — for abuse prevention and network security, not for profiling. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

4. Children

This site and software are not directed at children under 16, and we collect no data from anyone knowingly.

5. Your rights

Because we collect essentially nothing about you, there is essentially nothing to export or delete from our side. If you have nonetheless sent us personal data (for example, by email), you can ask us to delete it and we will.

6. Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date above before the change takes effect.
